They were filmed by a passer-by in a park somewhere in the US state of Illinois.
The woman, who is wearing a green top, is seen straddling the man on the bench with her trousers pulled down.
She is seen bouncing up and down – oblivious to the fact that she is being recorded by a bemused bystander.
When they notice the woman is filming them on her mobile phone, she extends her middle finger.
The couple is also seen smiling as the bystander tells them: “Go ahead and finish bouncing sister.”
She adds: “You got no respect for yourself girl whatsoever, why are y’all in a park?”
The woman on the bench says: “He’s my husband”, but her excuse does not cut the mustard with the passer-by.
Under Illinois law, offenders can be jailed for a year and fined up to £2,000 for violating public decency laws.
