Tunde Ednut slams Nigerian celebrities over their social media pretence while he celebrates Rihanna

Tunde Ednut has slammed Nigerian celebrities over what he insinuates is their pretensions on social media.

According to the social media personality, it is common for Nigeria celebrities to snub mentions in social media even when the posts are about them.

Tunde made the observation following a photo singer Rihanna reposted on Instagram of kids holding up a poster that reads: “Thank you, Rihanna. We love you.”

@badgalriri: “awww my Lil squad…..I love YOU guys! I speak on behalf of the entire social media when I say this… you really brought a pure joy to our spirits just by seeing how happy you are when you dance! You personally made my day! Keep up the great work kids!

Reacting to the post, Tunde called out Nigerian celebrities who have much fewer followers than Rihanna and yet pretend not to see when they’re tagged on social media. He says the celebrities think it’s their right for others to repost their “s--t“, warning that the tide may turn someday.

Read his post:

With 60million followers, they tagged her and she has posted them twice. Our celebrities never even reach 10million, they go pretend like say them no dey see anything wey dey go on for social media. Some won’t even like your post when you help them promote. They believe it’s their right for you to post their s--t. Anyways, we can’t always stand on that table, we will come down from it one day because the table go tire for you. Na wood nau.”
