Since Kelly started losing weight, she’s lost 37 pounds without exercise, all thanks to a book called The Plant Paradox.
In an interview with ET, the singer says: “Everyone keeps asking me, so I’m like, ‘It’s not a secret!’ I just read a book. It’s basically kind of rethinking everything, kind of how we eat processed foods, how we spray our foods, how we treat antibiotics like it’s Tic Tacs. It’s a really great book that changed my life.”
Below is Kelly’s diet:
#1. Swap food that is high in lectin – lectin are carbohydrate-binding proteins, found in the skin and seeds of vegetables like tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as plant-based foods like grains, oatmeal, brown rice and pasta. There are great substitutes for lectin, like millet and sorghum
#2. Eat pressure cooked beans. Beans are great for you if you pressure cook them. Beans by themselves are no good for you because they contain high lectin.
#3. Skip breakfast. According to Dr Gundry- the writer of Kelly Clarson’s diet book, “breakfast is the least important meal of the day.”
#4. Eat nuts every day.
So need for exercise??…hmmm…we all know to each plants and greenery….
