Popular Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo has reacted to the Shatta Wale’s death prophecy that is currently creating fear within the country’s entertainment industry.

A prophet, Cosmos Walker Affran, had prophesied Shatta Wale’s death in a post on his Facebook page just as entertainers were mourning the death of dancehall rapper Ebony Reigns in a tragic auto crash.

Affran says: “Ghana should pray, I see a national mourning again the whole nation was in tears and this time is Ghanaian singer “Shatta wale”, and it is very close “death”. ” Thou saith the Lord ”

Shatta Wale, who was obviously infuriated by the prophecy, vowed to break some churches with the help of his followers if he is still alive by December.

He writes on his Facebook: “Don’t think you are a pastor so you are anointed ..GOD HAS A PURPOSE FOR HIS CHILDREN AND AM ONE OF THEM…Don’t dare me Mr pastor .. Don’t try my God.

“Ghana pastors won’t see you winning a lottery in their vision they claim..but always they see death or your family is after you… God show yourself this year ..LET ALL SEE WHY YOU NAMED ME SHATTA WALE

This is coming after it was learned that another prophet, Prophet Agyei Agyeman Fredua, in 2017, predicted Ebony Reigns’ death.

Also reacting to the prophecy, actor John Dumelo took to his official Twitter handle to also warn clerics against hiding under the call of God to say  “fake things”. He also lamented the erroneous use of the Biblical injunction “touch not my anointed” by clerics.

It’s really sad. If only they can read and get the truth meaning of verses, coz some can read without getting a clue of what has been written. Let’s be honest with our faith to be closer to God than those men.
