before BBNaija
Before getting on the Big Brother Naija or BBNaija reality TV show, Kiddwaya had been involved in several business ventures. He is the CEO of Valley Agriculture and Foods Company. This is an Agro-Business concerning large scale agricultural investments, livestock, food processing and other allied industries.
Also, he is the co-founder of AK Exports, a company that deals in exporting activities. We could not find out much about this company.
Kiddwaya inside Big Brother Naija House
Before the commencement of the show, Kiddwaya had revealed that he was chubby before he entered the Big Brother Naija Season 5 contest.
This likely affected his self-esteem and he worked towards changing how he looked.
In his pre-show interview with Africa Magic, when asked what his biggest achievement was, he had replied:
“Getting into health and fitness has been my biggest achievement. I used to be quite chubby, so I transformed my body and I have been consistent ever since.”

He and Erica appeared to become the favourite ‘couple’ of many who watch the TV reality show. It started when the duo shared a passionate kiss but further developed after they were seen getting kinky under the duvet. However, Erica later told him that she prefers to be just friends with him as she cannot handle boy drama.
This is not all, it appears that Kiddwaya and Nengi, another housemate, also have a connection. However, they are still playing it cool and nothing has developed between them yet. Nengi, however, told him she will remove herself if he and Erica decide to take things forward.
Controversial statement
Not one to stay far from controversy, it seems he revealed one big secret in the BBNaija house. It happened on 30th July 2020 during a discussion with other contestants in the House. He said something about getting into the BBNaija House through his ‘”connections”.

The feed was immediately cut and adverts placement prevented viewers from hearing what he had been about to say. That short admission had raised lots of dust with BBNaija Twitter fans coming online to voice their displeasure at what appeared to be proof of foul play by the organisers of the show.
Erica and Kiddwaya relationship in the house
During the show, Erica and Kiddwaya became really close and soon began to be seen as a couple. They engaged in romantic acts like kissing, cuddling, fondling and so on. In the middle of the show, they appeared to have broken up after Erica claimed that all he brought to the relationship was ‘physical intimacy and nothing else’.
His father, Terry Waya, had even hinted at his acceptance of Erica in an interview with Dele Momodu where he even mentioned that they will have two lavish wedding ceremonies.
Later, after the short breakup, the two of them reunited on the show. Ultimately, their relationship was at the pivot of Erica’s premature exit from the BBNaija Season 5 show.
Erica’s disqualification
While she was Head of House (HOH), Erica broke the rules of spending the night in the special lounge to stay with Kiddwaya instead. It was initially thought that this would earn her a third strike (having been on two already at the time).
However, this is not the only thing that got her disqualified from the show.
After the Saturday night party, on 5 September 2020, Erica had gotten into a dispute with Laycon. She mentioned that he had been lying to housemates about her and that he was always trying to use her name to trend. Eventually, she let her guard down and started making death threats and other hurtful remarks about Laycon.
She also prevented her deputy head of house, Prince, from sleeping in the Head of house lounge by wetting the bed. Thus, the very next day, Big Brother gathered the housemates together and after outlining her offences, Erica was disqualified for receiving her third and final strike.
You may recall that before this, she had gotten two strikes for other offences. One of them was whispering to Kiddwaya when they were about to nominate other housemates. The other strike was for flipping Big Brother off when she and Kiddwaya were in the HOH lounge.
Kiddwaya’s Big Brother eviction
It did not take quite long for Kiddwaya to join Erica outside the house as he was evicted along with fellow contestant Prince on the 56th day of the 70-day show.
After his Big Brother eviction, he got on a live chat with Ebuka to talk about his journey in the BBNaija house. According to him, the prize money was never his motivation for entering the show.
Erica and Kiddwaya relationship outside the BBNaija house
Kidd mentioned after his eviction that while his feelings for fellow housemate Nengi were ‘pure friendship’, Erica was ‘more than a friend’ to him. On the other hand, Erica revealed that he was still her ‘friend’ outside the BBNaija house and that she was attracted to him.
Soon, they began to be spotted in public together, going on dates and showering social media with pictures of themselves. They also engaged in one playful Twitter spat that got their BBNAija Twitter fans reacting with excitement.
However, towards the end of the year, there were rumours that Erica Ngozi Nlewedim and Terseer Kiddwaya have broken up. Inquisitive fans discovered that both reality show stars had unfollowed each other on Instagram. There is no reason given for this action and neither of them has confirmed the breakup as well.
Yet, it is notable that Erica and Kiddwaya have not been spotted in public together.
Kiddwaya appears to kiss Kaisha in trending kissing video
In January 2021, Kidd made the news again when he appears to kiss Kaisha at Praise’ birthday party (both of whom are ex-BBNaija housemates).
The trending kissing video shows Kiddwaya pouring liquor into Kaisha’s mouth before moving in to kiss her. The reel, however, cuts off just before we see if it really happens or not. The four seconds long video clip was posted on Kaisha’s IG Story.

While it is suspicious that the kissing video stopped at that crucial moment, BBNaija Twitter fans are running with the narrative that Kiddwaya kissed Kaisha. This has led to many speculating that the #Kiddrica ship has been wrecked.
Net worth and endorsement deals
As a billionaire’s heir, Kiddwaya was likely already wealthy before he even joined the BBNaija show. He also revealed that he had been after having a good time and not necessarily after the money.
But BBNaija has also been a blessing for him. Immediately after exiting the BBNaija Season 5 show, Kidd got his first endorsement deal with Eko Hotels & Suites.
