Catastrophe averted after a tanker driver pulls up a Nepa pole in Amukoko, Lagos

You might call it a miracle or just sheer good luck, we are just happy that what could have proved to be a catastrophic event was a cause for gratitude.

For the Facebook user Baale Amukoko, Mosafejo Oriloye, who shared the news on the social media network, it was all due to God.  The incident was the pulling down of an electricity pole in the Amukoko area of Lagos State by a tanker carrying petroleum product.  What could have happened, is best left to the imagination.

Narrating the incident Oriloye says: “after God no any other mini God. ALLAHU is my God. It happened in my community today at the front of my house. Assume I believe in any mini God. Petrol tanker could have torn my community to nowhere to be found. Thank you, God, for keeping my redgeem in safety…”

Thankers should learn to drive patiently especially the ones carrying petrol because any little mistake may ignite it

    • Very true. Most particularly the ones carrying fuel and not leaving out others. They have been causing serious accidents

  9. All this tankers and even the speed limit of driver should be monitored especially that of tankers, imagine where he followed, i don’t know why some people are senseless why would he followed the street when there is an express way for Them, assuming people are there or even light in the pole, i think some thing bad would have happen by now.

    • That’s how they are ohh. They behave like they are kings of the road. They should just ban them from passing through streets and express ways. They should have their own lane.
