The cases of COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria, which is popularly known as Coronavirus has jumped numbers again, as new cases have been discovered.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), a total of 8 new cases have been confirmed in Nigeria making the total number of confirmed cases leap to 89.
Recently, 5 new cases were discovered and then an additional 11 cases were the to have been recorded on Friday, 27 March 2020, the highest on any single day in Nigeria so far.

NCDC tweeted the information while giving an update on the spread of the novel Coronavirus in Nigeria. See tweets below:
