She is now claiming Ariana posted the picture on Instagram without her permission.
Two of the photos were then shared on Grande’s official Instagram account on 17 August, the day Grande released her album, Sweetener.
“Happy sweetener day,” she writes in the caption.
Now, Barbera is asking for either the profits she gained from the photos or for $25,000 for each photo, whichever amount is more.
