Kayla on Instagram advised people to stay away from toxic relationships even if it is a family member or a friend. She went on to give the attributes and characteristics of toxic people which includes; being manipulative, rarely apologetic, self-centred, judgemental amongst others.
She went on to say that peace of mind and happiness is all that is paramount in life, and should not be taken for granted.
According to Kayla, “if you cannot completely be yourself with your friends or partner, then know that you are in a toxic relationship.“
