‘Body present here but the spirit in Ilaro’ – Alex has the sweetest words for Teddy A & Bambam

On Saturday, former Big Brother Naija housemates Bambam and Teddy A held their traditional marriage in Ilaro, Ogun State.

The event made them the first couple from the reality tv show to get hitched after meeting in the house. And, of course, since the event was a big gathering of families, friends and well-wishers, their colleagues from the Big Brother house were there to share in their happiness. But one person who couldn’t make it to Ilaro was former housemate Asogwa Alexandra Amuche Sandra, who goes by the name Alex Unusual, and it was for a very cogent reason. Alex Unusual was far away in New York School of Arts honing her skills.

In lieu of her absence, the bubbly dancer penned a beautiful note to congratulate the newly traditionally married couple.

“Today is a happy day. Body present here but the spirit in Ilaro with #bamteddy” she titles the note alongside some beautiful photos of herself.

To Teddy A, Alex says: “Hey big bro @iamteddya from today, I promise to reduce my Wahala by -0.1. As you embark on this journey of forever, know very well that my prayers have been with and will always be with you. I wish you the best. #loveandlight

She also has some kind words for Bambam, whom she refers to as sister: “Hey sister @bammybestowed I’m sure by now you know I’ve got your back like you’ve got mine. You know I love you and I’m one of the happiest people for you right now. I’m here for you and will always be. Today I pray this bond and journey remains a bam one till a day after forever. I’m cheering from here. I’m present there, you just can’t see me. (Hey you on the right !!!! Shift !!! Yes you !! Your glee is obstructing my view. I don’t want to miss any dance.) Ehen berrrrrmm, as I was saying before the interruption, You know you are one of the best wives on earth and my prayers will always be with you. You see all those dreams I see pasted on your wall each time I step into your room, trust me it’ll all come to pass. #sisterlove

Then addressing both Teddy A and Bambam, Alex prayed for blessings on their “union“. She says: BAMTEDDY May God bless your union forever. May the eyes of evil be blinded when it has to do with you, May God bless you with amazing children. May joy fill your home and may you be surrounded with sincere love. May today mark the beginning to an amazing forever. May your love be more beautiful than these flowers ?. I love you.
