Following his loss at the Grammys, he took to Twitter to appreciate his fans and the people who supported him during the awards season and to reveal that he has big plans for 2020.
He has now previewed one of those plans and to say that fans are excited would be an understatement.
On 4 February, Burna Boy shared clips of the beginning of his year with the caption #FOOTONNECK2020 and somewhere in the clip, there’s a 13-second video of him and Jamaican singer, Koffee in the studio.
The song can only be heard for a very short time, but from the little we’ve heard, we’re sure that this song is going to be a hit.
Burna and Koffee have been long time admirers of each other, and have showered each other with praises in the media, with Koffee even going as far as to do a cover of Burna’s song, Ye, which she performed while she was at NPR Tiny Desk.
