Davido was recently spotted hanging out with Chelsea superstar players, Fikayo Tomori and Tammy Abraham. The two players, who are of Nigerian origin, were enjoying some downtime in the Premier League by relaxing in Dubai.
In the picture, all three are smiling, with Tomori and Abraham’s hands thrown over Davido’s shoulders. The singer, who is standing in the middle has his hands up while making a sign.
Davido is in Dubai where he attended his brother’s wedding with his fiancee and the mother of his child, Chioma. He presumably ran into the football stars after which the three had a moment.

In their report of the events, UK’s Daily Mail described Davido as an American singer, possibly because he was born in America.
The father-of-three was not having it though. He took to his Instagram page to blast the publication for their oversight.
Davido, who is still in Dubai for his brother, Adewale’s wedding, shared a screenshot on his Instagram page and blasted the publication for calling him American.
He wrote: “F*ck yall !! I’m Nigerian H*e!!”
