D’Banj is venturing into Nollywood with a debut in Jadesola Osiberu’s upcoming film, Sugar Rush.
Sharing the news on Instagram, the filmmaker announced that she’s lined up Adesua Etomi, Bisola Aiyeola, Omoni Oboli, D’Banj and more to star in the film to hit the big screens this Christmas.
Tagged “The biggest movie of the year” and to be produced in association with Greoh Media, FilmOne and Jungle Filmworks, Inc., coupled with the stellar cast, bets are on that the film is one to watch out for. Moreso taking into account Jadesola Osiberu past works such as the 2017 hit rom-com, Isoken, as well as the TV shows, Rumour Has It and Gidi Up, we think D’Banj chose his debut film very well.
