Iheoma had over the weekend got married to footballer Emmanuel Emenike, and subsequently accuses Diamond Ink Event of having messed up her day, calling the event management company unprofessional. Something, naturally, Diamond Ink disputes claiming no one complained to them.
However, in trying to explain their side of the story, Adenike Balogun (on behalf of Diamond Ink)got into a verbal altercation with some social media users who felt she was rude with her explanation.
Yesterday, Iheoma wrote on her Instastory that she was taking her wedding planner to court.
Her post: “Adenike Balogun’s high level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and disrespect to clients is appalling. I am not the only bride to shed a tear in her hands If you know you know.
“Finally, she has met me and I don’t let anyone walk over me. We paid a lot of money, I should have been satisfied. She not only offended me but my entire family and guest that had to leave in anger because her team were still setting up at 5 pm for a reception put at 4 pm.
“We had 3 cake tasting, with one vendor I wasn’t satisfied with her cake and rejected it for my wedding, yet she still allowed her to bake her cake, it was brought to my wedding and setup.
“Unbelievable, unlimited guests were flocking in without IV’s, the complaints were unending. She hasn’t apologized once or personally reached out to me for the inconveniences.
“Extra expenses for the damage on my day due to her inability to manage and properly plan an event. Disregard the videos and pictures she posts because you can only understand my dissatisfaction if you were physically there.
“Social media is not the law, I am only making you fully aware of her incapabilities, beware! I have already taken the matter to the next level and will see her in court.”
