She has now shared a letter to women all over the world in order to encourage them to seek financial freedom. As encouragement, she shared that she bought her first house at 35.
In her open letter, Toke said that while it is amazing to have help and come from wealthy homes, it is also important for women to know that wealth is not gender-based.
She also had a word or two for women who are married to rich men, advising them to have something going for themselves and not rely on their husbands.
This is really important advice considering the number of women that rely on their husbands for sustenance. This, in turn, fosters an environment where women can be abused without being able to leave their partners.
