The actor and comedian was spotted in a restaurant in California alongside Jay-Z, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Richie Rich.
The group reportedly took a private room where they played poker after dinner.
The 40-year-old father-of-three tried to keep a low profile while he was out by pulling his hood over his head, but he seemed to be in good spirits.
Hart was in the passenger seat of his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when the car crash happened. He reportedly fractured his spine and had to have major surgery.
“Kevin’s spinal injuries are very serious; he sustained several fractures and had no choice but to have surgery as soon as possible,” the source told ET at the time.
It was determined after the crash that the accident was caused by “rapid and speedy acceleration”.
Additionally, Hart and the other passengers were reportedly not wearing their seatbelts properly when the car crashed.
The actor revealed shortly after the accident that he is not planning to resume work until 2020 as he is taking the time to heal from his injuries.
