The total number of coronavirus infection in Nigeria keeps increasing rapidly and currently, has exceeded 10,000.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), 307 new coronavirus infections were recorded in Nigeria on Sunday, 31st May 2020.
The NCDC reported this during its nightly coronavirus in Nigeria update.
According to the NCDC, the total number of coronavirus infections in Nigeria now stands at 10,162. Of this number, 287 have died from COVID-19, while 3007 people have recovered and been discharged from isolation centres across the country. Hence, the active cases in the country now stand at 6,868.
