The controversial Nigeria singer Azeez Fashola, who is popularly known as Naira Marley has been released on bail as his arraignment could not hold on the 7th of April, 2020.
The controversial singer was arrested with three other people over the violation of the government’s lockdown order by attending a house party. They were kept in police custody and have been granted bail due to the fact that the court wasn’t in session.
The Marlian president and the three other people were among the guests who attended Funke Akindele’s house party on Saturday, 4 April 2020.
They are expected to report back on Wednesday, 8th April 2020, as the court resumes session.
Following the arrest of Funke Akindele and hubby, JJC Skillz, the couple sentenced to 14 days of community service and a fine of 100,000 for hosting a party to mark JJC Skillz’s birthday last Saturday.
