After an impressive semi-final performance against England, Lovren defended his ability saying “People should recognise that I’m one of the best defenders in the world”.
Salah filmed as the Croatian greeted some of his teammates over breakfast. Van Dijk can then be heard saying “best defender in the world” while Salah laughs in the background.
The three are said to be good friends, they appear to have formed a bond in training.
