Selena Gomez and Katy Perry allegedly collaborating with Taylor Swift

Selena Gomez and Katy Perry may collaborate with Taylor Swift on her upcoming album, Lover.

According to Elle UK, a party attendee at Taylor Swift listening party, which took place last Friday at her house spilt the beans.

The rumoured collab will a  song about women empowerment featuring Katie Perry and Selena Gomez.

But fans needn’t get excited yet, as it was all hearsay although Perry and Taylor’s relationship seems to have been smoothened following a period of bad blood.

Perry recently made an appearance in Swift’s music video for You Need to Calm Down and Swift has even opened up about their private road to reconciliation saying: “We didn’t know if we were ever gonna really tell people about it. We wanted to make sure that was solid between us before we ever made the public aware.”

“I sent [the request] to her and she was like, ‘I would love for us to be a symbol of redemption and forgiveness,”’ Swift told BBC 1 about asking Perry to be in the music video. “And I feel the same way about it.”

Fans also revealed that Swift made desserts for the party and that her favourite song of all time is on the album.
