Watch Burna Boy talk his favourite things including the next big stars from Nigeria on Worldstar On Wax

Zlatan Ibile, Naira Marley and Rema are among the artists Nigeria Afrobeats star is currently rooting for.

Damini Ogulu (better known by his stage name Burna Boy) made his thoughts known during an appearance on America’s World Star Hip-Hop’s Worldstar On Wax.

On the show, World Star Hip-Hop took the global star to the task to reveal a range of his favourite things such as favourite song off of his newly released African Giant album, favourite Disney character, his first major purchase, Lagos or Abuja, Island or Mainland, what he will do if he has some superpower, favourite football star, amongst others.

Who do you think is next from Nigeria,” he was asked, to which Burna Boy replies:

I don’t know because I have not grown. Anybody can pop up at any time.  If you’re asking me who I like right now, (then) Zlatan Ibile, Naira Marley, Rema.

On his favourite vacation spot, Burna says it’s the Gold Coast, “Ghana”.

He is neither a fan of Chelsea nor an Arsenal fan. Burna Boy is all for Manchester United FC.

A humble Burna Boy reveals he didn’t think any of his songs will be hit. “I just challenge myself,” he says.

On the best advice he had ever received, Burna Boy shares:

When fighting for Africans use one hand because you gonna need the other hand to fight off the ones that will gonna be fighting against you.
