Born Margaret Cassidy Lawson on 12 August 1980, Maggie is an American actress best known for her role as Detective Juliet “Jules” O’Hara in the TV show “Psych” and as Nathalie Flynn in the buddy cop action drama “Lethal Weapon.” Popularly called Maggie Lawson, the actress took a liking to acting from a young age. She eventually started performing in local community theatre productions at the age of eight.

Early life and education
Maggie Lawson was born in Louisville, Kentucky, to a hotel manager father (Chris Lawson) and a homemaker mother (Judy Lawson). Although not much information is available regarding her siblings, it is known that she grew up alongside two.
Lawson attended St. Stephen Martyr School, a Catholic grade school. She proceeded to the Assumption High School, an all-girls Catholic school in Louisville, where she remained till her sophomore year. Maggie then studied at Central High School before moving on to the university.
