Singer Azadus appreciates Lagos COVID-19 team after recovering

Upcoming Nigerian singer Azadus has expressed his appreciation to the COVID-19 response team of Lagos State and to the State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, following his recovery from the coronavirus.

The singer, whose real name is Olalekan Fadeyi, expressed his gratitude on Monday when he shared a picture which he had taken with some health workers following his routine checkup

Just got back from my weekly routine checkup. These are the few doctors I could get hold of for a quick one. My gratitude goes to God the Almighty, the Alpha and Omega.

This is coming after the singer recounted his experience while battling with the Coronavirus.

He explained that he had tested positive for the virus and got admitted to one of the isolation centres in Lagos.

After testing negative twice, he was discharged on Thursday, 17  June. Azadus took to his Instagram page to caution those who still do not believe that the virus exists. He also stated that he is willing to answer questions on the issue as he urged everyone to wash hands regularly and wear a mask.
