The judicial panel appointed by the Lagos State Government to investigate the Lekki tollgate shooting has discovered five bullet shells from the scene.
Recall that the Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, released the names of two youths to join the Judicial Panel of Inquiry and Restitution for victims of SARS-related abuses and Lekki tollgate.
After creating the judicial panel, they have been up and about their duties, investigating the massacre of #EndSARS protests that happened at the Lekki tollgate
The bullet shells, found during an inspection of the Lekki site by the panel led by Dorris Okuwobi, were recovered in the presence of journalists and the inspection was done alongside representatives of the Lekki Concession Company.
The managing director of the Lekki tollgate, Mr Abayomi Omomuwa, during the visit to the site, told the panel that a camera on the mast worked until the carnage on Wednesday.
