Femi Otedola visits Kunle Afolayan’s Citation movie set

Popular Nigerian actor and filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan, is already on set for his new movie, Citation, and billionaire Femi Otedola visited the movie set to support his daughter, Temi Otedola.

The movie, which is slated to be shot for a period of five weeks, starting from January has Temi Otedola, daughter of the billionaire on its cast, hence the visitation of the billionaire to the set.

Fashion designer and billionaire’s daughter, Temi Otedola, had excitedly announced her debut in Nollywood, the Nigerian film industry, on her Instagram page.

She shared: “Words cannot express how excited I am to finally announce that I will be starring in ‘Citation’, legendary filmmaker Kunle Afolayan’s next feature film. Humbled to be shooting alongside legends of the film in my on-screen debut. #Citation.

The cast of Citation includes some other big names from the entertainment industry such as Joke Silva, Jimmy Jean-Louis, Ini Edo, Yomi Fash-Lanso, Adjetey Anang, Gabriel Afolayan, Bienvenu Neba, Sadiq Daba, Raymond Reboul, Toyin Bifarin, and Wole Olowomojuore, aka ‘Baba Gebu’.

Apparently, Femi Otedola supports all his children in all their endeavours and his fashion designer turned actress daughter isn’t left out of the support as well. The billionaire was able to take time off his busy schedule to check up on his daughter on the movie set. How sweet is that?

The movie producer, Kunle Afolayan took to his Instagram page to post pictures from the visit. He posted pictures of Femi Otedola as was taken around to see the set.

Here’s the caption he used: “Yesterday, we were surprised to have received a special guest on the set of citation movie. Egbon Femi came through with Mrs Nana to experience how the magic of movie-making is done and also to support their daughter Temi.”
