Ferdinand is visiting Nigeria for the third time for the Pan-African Finale of the Guinness Night Football Campaign on Friday, 31 January.

The event will also see African musicians including Sauti Sol of Kenya, Bebe Cool of Uganda, Salatiel of Cameroun as well as Ajara Njoya of the Cameroun Lioness, join Davido on stage to perform.
The 41-year-old shared his excitement about coming to Lagos, citing the last time he visited Nigeria.
“The last time I came to Lagos, it was such a vibrant city man,” the former defender said.
The last time he was in Nigeria was on a two-day visit at the invitation of the then Governor of Lagos state Babatunde Raji Fashola. He was also honoured with the traditional title, Chief Fiwagboye by Oba Rowland Akiolu, the Oba of Lagos.
