Nigerian accused cyber criminal, Ramon Igbalode Abass, who is also known as Hushpuppi, has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19, a virus which has infected millions of people globally.
It is no longer news that one Ramon Igbalode Abass, a 37-year-old Nigerian, also known as Hushpuppi, was arrested by the FBI in Dubai in June 2020.
This is according to controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo. Though her claims haven’t been confirmed.
Kemi Olunloyo claimed to have gotten the information from a source within the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI.
Taking to her Twitter page she wrote that Hushpuppi has tested positive to COVID-19 and was asymptomatic.
She writes: “#BREAKING Ramoni Olorunwa Abass has contracted #coronavirus on detention #COVID19 is real. You never know where you’ll catch it. Stay home, stay safe and don’t be a person that will be uprooted from your home for alleged fraud. HushPuppi will now have to be isolated in solitary. Hope he does not commit suicide. Good luck to him.”
