Billionaire’s daughter and disc jockey, DJ Cuppy, has taken to social media to lament after she was snubbed by Headies awards in a recently released nomination list.
Headies, Nigeria’s premier music award show, announced nominations for their upcoming event. This will be the 14th edition of the award with Nigerian stars like Burna Boy, Fireboy, Wizkid and more leading nominations.

The Nigerian DJ who also doubles as a musician didn’t make the nominations. She registered her displeasure in a post as she tweeted via her official Twitter page on Friday night, December 4.
According to her, none of the 12 tracks on her “Original Cuppy” was nominated for an award and that hurt her.
Taking to her Twitter page, she wrote, “I got snubbed by the #HeadiesAwards…A WHOLE 12-track #OriginalCopy album. Chai!”
