Mercedes Morr, 33, a Houston-based Instagram influencer and model, was found dead, and Investigators say her death might be a possible murder-suicide.
The Sun reports that the Mercedes Morr body was found in her home alongside that of an unidentified man at around 4:30 PM Sunday, 29 August 2021.
The influencer, whose real name is Janae Gagnier, was born on 26 November 1987 in El Paso, Texas, United States. She has about 2.5 million followers on Instagram and runs several brand promotions as an influencer and a model. In addition, Mercedes Morr has an OnlyFans account for exclusive content.
The authorities seem to believe that Mercedes Morr was a victim of a potential crime, and while the unidentified man has been described to be in his 30s, there’s no other available information about him.
Also, the police do not believe that there might be a relationship between the model and the man. At least, not at the time of publishing this article.

Morr’s friends have taken to their social media pages to confirm her demise and pay tribute to her. Htown Ciara, one of Morr’s closest friends, confirmed the model’s death on Instagram and thanked people for all the prayers and calls regarding Mercedes. She added, “[Mercedes] parents are asking that you respect the family. We know everyone is concerned. We will update when all the information is confirmed.”

Morr had celebrities like Megan Thee Stallion and Cardi B following her account. She was recently promoting NovaMen wears before her life was cut short.
BuzzFeed reported that Shad Moss, known by his stage name Bow Wow, commented on Gagnier’s latest Instagram post, after hearing the news, “Stop playing we just spoke on thurs dont do me like this yo! Naaa.” Rapper Almighty Jay also commented on the post with a broken heart emoji.
