The actress tells fans she deserves many accolades just because you know – she’s the first woman to have raised son. Just kidding, she didn’t say that but her post reminds us of the difficulties of being a single mother especially in a country like ours, so kudos to her for doing the best thing by her child after the father “left“.
The actress also intimates how her experience has given her confidence that she can “raise more kids without any man.”
She further tells us what we already know, which is that she loves her son. She recalls that on the birth of her son, whom she named Motilayo, (which means I have found joy) that she “fell in love effortlessly” the moment “that innocent baby winked at me and my whole world turned around”
“A lot of frenemies left me because of you but I never gave up I keep fighting for us,” the actress says.
Bakare also uses the occasion of her son’s birthday to pray for him. “You’ll call one and ten thousand will answer you, your star will shine so bright that it’ll be unstoppable, I cover your destiny with the blood of Jesus and no evil shall befall you! All the blessings in the Bible will work in your favour and whosoever curse you shall be cursed!
