Simi Esiri announces split from Dr Sid

In November 2019, eyebrows were raised when Simi Esiri shared a Christmas family photo without her husband, Dr Sid.

Many speculated that the couple, who got married in 2014, had gone their separate ways. Now, Simi has come forward to confirm the rumours.

Simi, who is the editor-in-chief of Schick magazine announced the end of their marriage in a post on her Instagram page. She went further to deny rumours accusing her domestic violence.

She also emphasized that their main objective now is to become “focused on working together as co-parents”

The couple got engaged in 2013 and got married in 2014. They have two girls, born in 2015 and 2018.
