The Queen finally reacts to Prince Harry and Meghan’s Oprah interview

The Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II, has finally reacted to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Oprah interview.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle had an interview with Oprah Winfrey which ran for two hours on Sunday, 7 March on CBS, where they bared it all, and the Buckingham Palace has now released a statement on the Queen’s behalf.

During the interview, the couple talked about a number of things, ranging from their lives in the palace and what it cost them, to the alleged racism on their son. Meghan said: “In those months when I was pregnant, all around this same time, so we have in tandem the conversation of, ‘you won’t be given security, not gonna be given a title’ and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born”

Prince Harry, on the other hand, revealed that his wife, Meghan, saved him and shouldn’t be regarded as the villain that made him step back from official royal duties. He also admitted that he may have not have stepped back from official royal duties if he hadn’t met Meghan because he couldn’t have done it without her. He felt trapped and “didn’t see a way out” so “without question, she saved me,” he said.

The Queen’s statement reads: “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan. The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately. Harry, Meghan, and Archie will always be much-loved family members.”

Meanwhile, The Duchess of Sussex’s sister, Samantha Markle reacted to the interview and was furious about it calling her a narcissist and a liar who played the victim for sympathy in her interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Samantha was upset because Meghan disavowed her family, especially their dad in her interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Reacting to the interview, Samantha Markle On Monday, 8 March stated on the Australian radio show “Fifi, Fev & Nick” that Meghan needs counseling. Samantha said: “When she said ‘I lost my dad’ – the world watched as my dad was in interviews wanting communication with his daughter. She didn’t lose her dad. She iced her dad! I see a narcissistic personality disorder”

Samantha also didn’t leave the Duke of Sussex out of this as she likened him to a victim who is in love with his captor. “I feel sorry for Harry. He fell victim to her negligence, and I will say sociopathy. She pulled him away from his family, all of his friends, the life that he knew.”

Samantha also claimed that Meghan lied about not being ready for the royal family’s way of life. According to Samantha, Megha studied UK Monarchy and even tried to emulate Princess Diana. She also added that she doesn’t think that her sister is embarrassed by their family, she believes that her sister doesn’t want them around because her lies would be exposed.
