Nigerian blogger Tunde Ednut ever since his hit single ‘Jingle Bell’ back in 2011 went viral during the festive period, he’s devised ways to make the song evergreen since then. He appears to always find it.
Over the years, Tunde Ednut has remixed the song to add a little bit of freshness to it and it’s been a strategy that’s proven relatively successful.
The blogger has done so again but this time, giving the song an overall new feel jumping on the trending Amapiano vibe which originated from South Africa. He featured Nigerian music goddess Tiwa Savage, DMW boss Davido who was on the same song back in 2011, and Seun Kuti.
How he managed to pull these three juggernauts on a track deserves as much credit as the song which was released on the 17 December 2020.
“Jingle Bell” comes just in time for Christmas, however, fans and critics have a different view on Tunde’s musical career, with some advising him to focus on his blogging and retire from making music.
