Usually, when you wake up in the morning, the first thing that comes to your mind would definitely not be taking a walk. If you’re a parent, you will probably be consumed with getting them ready for the day. You are in the kitchen getting breakfast ready for the family or you’re running about making beds, giving them a bath and giving them breakfast. And depending on where you live, you might be thinking of the commute to work. if it’s Lagos, where spending two hours to get to work is the norm, frankly, taking a morning stroll will probably the last thing you want to think about.

I understand perfectly, you are busy and have a life to live. However, our lives are more meaningful and purposeful if we are healthy enough to pursue our goals and aspiration.
