It is another Monday and we’re sharing Monday motivation nuggets to get you through the week.

As the lockdown waxes on and people continue to struggle with their mental health and anxiety while staying cooped up at home, some people still have to work from their houses. Others are learning new skills and leveraging on the free time to grow their other businesses.

Amidst all these people are doing their best to make the best of the impossible situation, many are soaked in gratitude and trying to take life one day at a time.

In these uncertain times, it is important to be able to stay in the moment and, instead of focusing on the negatives, to choose to look at the positives.

If you look at what you have in life, you’ll always have more. If you look at what you don’t have in life, you’ll never have enough. Click To Tweet

Today’s motivational quote is from Oprah Winfrey, American media executive, actress, talk show host, television producer, and philanthropist.

Her quote today speaks on gratitude and the importance of always looking at the eggs you have in the basket, not the ones that haven’t even been laid yet. Her quote says:

“If you look at what you have in life, you’ll always have more. If you look at what you don’t have in life, you’ll never have enough.” -Oprah Winfrey

The significance of this quote cannot be overstated. If you keep looking out at others who have more than you do, you will eventually trip and maybe fall and break all the eggs in your own basket.

Everyone is on Twitter these days and it can sometimes be overwhelming to see people seemingly being so free and happy in their homes while you’re feeling constricted at home. One tip for feeling better is to consider the things that you have and be grateful for what you have.
