The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced that 4 new cases of the Coronavirus have been discovered in Nigeria.
Recently, Nigeria recorded two Coronavirus-related death and nine discharged from the hospital as of 9:00 pm 30th March 2020.

However by 11:00 am 31st March, four new cases were discovered which brought the total number to 135. But that number has now risen to 139 with the four new additional cases confirmed by the NCDC.
Lagos state which has been the worst hit with the pandemic so far recorded a total of 81 cases out of the total confirmed cases in the country before the addition of 1 new case brought the number to 82.
Abuja, the second most-hit location now has 28 confirmed cases.
Also, the total number of discharged cases is now nine.
Taking to their Twitter account, the NCDC announced the increment of confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Nigeria, writing:
“Four new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria; 3 in the FCT and 1 in Lagos
“As at 08:00 pm 31st March there are 139 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Nine have been discharged with two deaths.”
However, Nigerians have been urged to remain calm in the face of the Coronavirus and to employ safety guidelines in their daily lives.
