  9. The governor must stand his ground and get rid of incompetent teachers.Telling some of them to apply through SUBEB is like bringing them to the system through d back door..Quality education shouldn’t be sacrificed on the alter of politicking for 2019.Our leaders must learn to do the right things all the time

  10. Lousy group playing cheap politics with the future of their children. Once a child has a faulty foundation in education, his/her struggle begins.

  11. So, governor El-Rufai’s policy and position prevail, after all. That’s good for the children of Kaduna state, and kudos to the state’s NUT for the new show of support for the governor’s policy.

It’s a benevolent thing, as well, that the government will give the unqualified, sacked teachers a second chance at getting employed; this the government will do by opening another door for such teachers to undergo a continuous education program. Those who thus become properly certified can then apply for re-employment.

This has been a win-win for Kaduna

  13. THIS STRIKE IS NEEDLESS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
IN A SANE SOCIETY, THEY.SHOULD COMMEND EL-RUFAI FOR TAKING THAT ACTION AND NOT OTHERWISE.
