If you’re a sucker for star-studded Nollywood comedy movies, then you’re in luck as a new comedy, Makate Must Sell, is set to hit the cinema come 3 May 2019.
Following the trend of commercially successful movies such as The Wedding Party, 30 Days in Atlanta and Chief Daddy, Makate Must Sell boasts of an ensemble cast determine to make us laugh and depress our high bp. The movie stars Chigul, Toyin Abraham, Igwe 2pac, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Toke Makinwa, who is making her Nollywood debut, BBN’s Bisola and others.

Makate Must Sell tells the story of a thirty-something-year-old lady ((played by Chigul) whose friends are determined to get her married in 12 days. On this journey, she encounters a lot of questionable character in the guise of suitors, who she indulges because her “market must sell.”
The film is directed by Don Omope.
