This teaser for Sylvester Stallone’s Rambo V: Last Blood is truly bloody – Not for the faint-hearted [Check out the photos]

Sylvester Stallone’s John Rambo is preparing to ride again for one last time and it won’t be for the faint-hearted.

The actor has shared on Instagram that the upcoming Rambo V: Last Blood has earned a “hard” R-rating,” as he uploads two new photos from the film.

“Great day!” writes Stallone as a caption of the photos. “We got our HARD R Rating today! What’s coming is going to be unlike anything you’ve ever seen…’ …Death is coming’ John said.”

Stallone’s fifth and final outing in the role comes a few years after he vowed never to revive the character, citing the fact that his body needed a bit of a break.

“The heart’s willing, but the body says, ‘Stay home!'” he said. “It’s like fighters that go back for one last round and get clobbered. Leave it to someone else.”

Last Blood follows Rambo as he travels to Mexico after his friend’s daughter is kidnapped, and he quickly finds himself up against one of Mexico’s most violent cartels.

Yvette Monreal stars as the kidnap victim Gabrielle, while Paz Vega plays Carmen Delgado, a reporter covering the drug trade in Mexico who helps Rambo after her half-sister is kidnapped.

Sergio Peris-Mencheta will play Hugo Martinez, the brutal head of the previously-mentioned cartel, with Adriana Barraza, Oscar Jaenada and Joaquín Cosío also starring.
