The Big Brother reality star Gedoni Ekpata has been appointed as the special adviser to the governor of Cross River State on garment factory and branding.
The year 2020 started on a good note for Big Brother reality couple, Gedoni Ekpata and Khafi Kareem, as news of their engagement reached their fans.
Also, a few days ago, Khafi announced on her Instagram page that she has started attending driving school. However, Khafi drove later drove her car, which has nicknamed Lady Foxy into a ditch. But thankfully, both Khafi and Lady Foxy came out unscathed. Moreover, the incident strengthens Khafi’s 2020 #GoalGetter resolutions. So, all good so far.
Now Khafi’s fiance, Gedoni, who hails from Cross River State has received a political appointment from the governor of the state, Governor Ben Ayade. He was appointed a special adviser to the governor on garment factory and branding.
The news was first shared by Cross River State-based radio station, Hit FM, Calabar, on Instagram. Writing on Instagram the radion stations shares: “@gedoni has been appointed as the special assistant to Governor Ben Ayade on Garment Factory and Branding.

Gedoni confirmed the news after he reposted the message on his personal account with the words: “Mine is a simple case of God’s Grace.”
Gedoni’s fiance, Khafi Kareem, also confirmed the news with a congratulatory message to Gedoni. “All we do is WHAT…? Congratulations baby!” She writes.
Gedoni now joins the list of celebrities who have been snagged up political appointments. Just last earlier this year, famous actress Rachael Okonkwo, aka Nkoli Nwa Nsukka, was appointed an ambassador for Enugu State Youth Development.
