It’s Adekunle Gold’s Birthday: See lovely video from Simi

Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold is a year older today, Tuesday 28 January 2020 and his wife, fellow singer Simisola Ogunleye who is popularly known as Simi, has taken to her Instagram to post a really lovely video of both of them to celebrate her husband’s birthday.

The couple is known for living a very private life as they kept their relationship private until marriage. Now, they have been busy serving us couple goals, showing us how it is done. So far, we have been able to gather that the couple are best friends from everything they have put out.

A while ago, the couple went on a vacation to celebrate their one year anniversary in marriage after they had taken to their various social media account to pen down beautiful notes to each other to grace the occasion.

After that, Simi and Adekunle Gold served another best friend’s goal by playfully slamming each other on Twitter. Simi had posted that she hated gbegiri and semo – a popular Yoruba dish – on Twitter and her husband retweeted, asking her to take it down. With Simi replying, she has his type at home. It was a lovely exchange between the couple.

Well, today is Adekunle Gold’s birthday and Simi posted a lovely video to celebrate her husband. They were both filmed playing with each other in the video, what a lovely sight to behold.

Simi captions the video: “Happy birthday Love mi. I promise to lick ur face, twerk for you, listen to your songs, let you lick my face, argue about stupid movies, tickle the f--k outta you, talk about nice books, strip, stop you from dancing, and tell you I love you as much and as often as possible.
