Queen of R&B in the Nigerian music industry, Tiwa Savage, released her debut EP on the 22nd of September 2017 titled “Sugarcane EP” under the Mavin Records imprint alongside 323 Entertainment.
Tiwa Savage, who is known to create content which documents her growth and life experiences through her art, didn’t fall short as she delivered one of her best work yet on the project.
The EP, Sugarcane, features collaborations with producers and guest artists such as Wizkid, Spellz, Baby Fresh, Maleek Berry and P2J.
A compilation of 6 massive songs, which spans a running time that just pushes into the 20-minute mark, Tiwa adorns the EP with expressions of love, one surely that would give every listener goosebumps just as she mentioned on one of the track. And in fact, the Sugarcane EP was endorsed by multi-Grammy award-winning British group Coldplay. Do I need to say more?
