The 50-year-old actor took the two ladies alongside a group of friends to Malibu beach, where they watched the Fourth Of July fireworks together.
For the outing, Jamie decked out in an all-white ensemble, while Kristin looked stunning in a lace midnight blue dress that flaunted her killer curves.
In one of the photos, Kristin appeared to give Jamie a side hug as they stood close to each other.
Their outing comes days after Jamie’s current girlfriend Katie Holmes, through her representatives, denied rumours of them breaking up.
