According to TMZ, Justin Beiber asked Stephen Baldwin – Hailey’s father – for her hand before he proposed. Is this sweet or what?
Justin is said to be a stickler for tradition and absolutely wanted his soon-to-be father-in-law’s approval before doing anything.
TMZ also reported that Justin and Stephen Baldwin met face-to-face several weeks ago.
Obviously, Stephen said yes!
