9th of December is the annual International Anti-Corruption day and plans are underway to celebrate it in grand style within the country.
According to the Daily Trust, former Super Eagles stars will face World Football legends in a match tagged Match Against Corruption.
“The match is part of the effort to help draw the attention of the world to the negative effects of corruption on the society and the need to fight it headlong,” one of the match organisers, Abi Goodman, said.
The Super Eagles manager for the match has been announced as the team’s former technical adviser Bonfrere Jo.
The footballers for both teams are yet to be announced, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed for our favourite football stars!
