Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid break up| see other celebrity break ups of 2021

Celebrity couple supermodel Gigi Hadid and former One Direction star Zayn Malik have finally called their relationship quit after a family altercation.

According to People, the news of the on and off pair’s breakup comes after the supermodel’s mother, Yolanda Hadid, alleged that she and Malik had a physical altercation. The supermodel’s rep also released a statement to the magazine, stating: “Gigi is solely focused on the best for Khai. She asks for privacy during this time.“

TMZ broke the news that Yolanda Hadid claims Malik struck her last week, and she’s seriously considering filing a police report. Meanwhile, the former One Direction star, 28, who shares a 1-year-old daughter named Khai with model Gigi Hadid, 26, issued a statement on Thursday, 28 October defending himself.

The statement, which Zayn Malik released on Twitter, acknowledged that ‘an argument’ took place between him and a family member of his partner without naming Yolanda Hadid or indicating that the exchange became physical.

His statement reads: “As you all know, I am a private person, and I very much want to create a safe and private space for my daughter to grow up in. A place where private family matters aren’t thrown on the world stage for all to poke and pick apart.

“In an effort to protect that space for her, I agreed not to contest claims arising from an argument I had with a family member of my partner’s who entered our home while my partner was away several weeks ago.

“This was and still should be a private matter, but it seems, for now, there is divisiveness, and despite my efforts to restore us to a peaceful family environment that will allow for me to co-parent my daughter in a manner in which she deserves, this has been ‘leaked’ to the press. I am hopeful though for healing for all involved with the harsh words shared, and more importantly, I remain vigilant to protect Khai and give her the privacy she deserves.”

The news of celebrity couple Jason Derulo and Jena Frumes’ breakup hit social media users with shock on 23 September 2021 when the singer made a tweet about it.

Jason’s tweet reads: “Jena and I have decided to part ways. She is an amazing mother but we feel being apart at this time will allow us to be the best versions of ourselves and the best parents we could be. Pls respect our privacy in this time”

The couple started dating in March 2020 and welcomed their son in June 2021. Jena also didn’t give out much information on the breakup. She only made a post gushing over her son; it was a photo of herself holding the baby’s hand and the caption read: “I love you bubsyyy I promise to give you all the love I never had. You deserve the world baby boy.”

Elon Musk and Grimes

On 25 September 2021, Page Six reported that the tech billionaire Elon Musk and his singer girlfriend, Grimes, are ‘semi’ separated after 3 years.

The billionaire had told the news outlet that although he and his girlfriend were semi-separated, they still love each other, see each other frequently, and are on great terms. 

He said: “It’s mostly that my work at SpaceX and Tesla requires me to be primarily in Texas or travelling overseas, and her work is primarily in LA. She’s staying with me now, and Baby X is in the adjacent room.”

The pair welcomed their son, X Æ A-Xii, in May 2020.

Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester

According to US Magazine, 90 Day Fiancé season 7 alums called their relationship off in October 2021 after two years of marriage and four years together.

Tania took to her Instagram page to write: “Some rumours are true — #SingleLife New Season was announced and yes I am single, @syngin_colchester is single — we’re all single!! Now don’t go all at once to his DMs ladies or he’ll never be able to sort them all out.”

Colchester, a professional bartender, on the other hand, confirmed that he will be participating in season 2 of 90 Day: The Single Life, which premieres on November 2021.

Vicki Gunvalson and Steve Lodge

US magazine reported that Real Housewives of Orange County alum Vicki Gunvalson and her partner, Lodge, called off their two years engagement. According to the magazine, their source revealed that Vicki got the news of her break up on set and was left heartbroken.

The source said: “Steve broke up with Vicki while she was filming the [Real Housewives] spinoff show in the Berkshires. After he told her this, she was traumatized. It ruined her. … She’s in terrible shape. She still loves him.”
