The NCDC releases nightly updates on their verified Twitter account, where the number of confirmed COVID-19 are updated every night.
According to the recent update, 648 new cases of Coronavirus have been confirmed in Nigeria with the highest number confirmed in Lagos which recorded 180 cases.
Following Lagos are Abuja, Plateau, Kwara and Ondo. So far, 860 people have unfortunately succumbed to the virus in Nigeria while 18,203 have been discharged.
So far, 41,180 confirmed cases have been recorded throughout the country. This means that 22,117 people are currently trying to recover from the Coronavirus pandemic.
