The IF crooner celebrates the occasion on Instagram, writing: “DMW IS 2 TODAY!!!! 2 SUMMERS Down !! 8 more summers left!! We going for 10 summers!!!! HOTTEST LABEL IN AFRICA ????”
Prior to starting the record company in 2016, Davido was with Honorable Kings of New-school (HKN), one of the biggest record labels in Nigeria owned by him and Brothers.
And from his Instagram post, it looks like the artist has mapped out a 10-year plan for the DMW. Successes so far, and if he continues the way he’s been, we expect greater things from him and his record company.
The DMW so far has signed 2 artists: Dremo and Mayorkun.
