Celebrity couple, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were recent victims of robbery after thieves broke into their home. They escaped unhurt but Mendes lost his SUV during the break-in.
According to reports, the assailants had made their way into the couple’s home in Los Angeles on Monday, 29 March 2021. However, they did not expect them to be home and after breaking a window to gain access, they alerted the superstars who immediately contacted the police.
The thieves fled but they took Shawn Mendes’ car key and drove away with the Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon. On arriving, the LA police asked questions and started their investigation. 24 hours later, no arrests have been made in connection to the robbery yet.

Meanwhile, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello have not made any statement on the robbery incident. Recall that singer Beyoncé was also a victim of a burglary just this past week as well.
Cabello and Mendes began dating in 2019 but they have known each other since their early teenage years and have been friends. There are reports that they are about to get married but the lovers are yet to confirm anything other than that they are ‘really really’ in love with one another.
