Former MVP Stephen Curry produced a magnificent performance to lead Golden State Warriors to a well-deserved victory over NBA rivals, Los Angeles Clippers on Friday night.

On Friday, 8 January 2021, Stephen Curry stole the highlights scoring 38 points and notching 11 assists in the game against the Clippers. His personal contributions saw Golden State Warriors overcome a 22-point deficit.

While the tie ended 115-110 in favour of the Warriors, it was a keenly contested affair that could’ve gone either way. Just how good was Curry for Golden State Warriors against Los Angeles Clippers? See one of his impressive three-pointers from the game below.

In the third quarter, with three minutes left to play, Stephen Curry went into beast mode. He scored or assisted 16 of his team’s next 18 points.

He kept the tempo up in the fourth quarter as well; completely obliterating the opponents. Meanwhile, the Clippers themselves are on the end of harsh criticisms. They had bottled a 3-1 lead against Denver Nuggets recently as well.

Golden State Warriors are quite glaringly over-reliant on Curry having a good game to secure a win. Without his brilliance, they have struggled to see out games. The former NBA MVP now has 50 career games with 8 or more made three-pointers.
